The 1950's was a booming time for the United States. Along with babies, the number of houses increased dramatically. Many single houses and apartment building were built in suburban and cities. This growth of housing was due to the fact that following World War II, many people could afford buying houses and real estate.

Many investors and businessmen created towns in the West, increasing production and economics. Architects at this time became influenced by the change in arts and designed more modern buildings with better foundations.
